Hours/Wage: hours dependant on necessity, likely from 16-24 hours per week from Friday - Sunday | $17.50 per hour + tips

Seasonal - July 2024 - October 31, 2024

Must be available for training at our downtown location (659 Lansdowne Ave, Toronto ON M6H 3Y2)

Responsibilities:

• Greeting every customer in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Answering questions in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Event staffing when needed
• Scooping ice cream
• Preparing cones and toppings
• Receiving new inventory 
• Merchandising retail inventory
• Tasting ice cream
• Inputting orders into POS system and collecting payment
• Cash handling
• Getting to know our products so you can clearly and confidently describe them to our customers
• Cleaning and sanitizing
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese considered and asset
