Chicken Adobo Pie (frozen bake at home)

A classic Filipino dish as a pie. Tender chicken (dark meat) cooked in a soy sauce and vinegar gravy, accompanied by potatoes and carrots. It's not what we typically eat Adobo with but it's nice that the pie isn't only meat. All encased in a buttery, flaky crust.

6 inch pies serve 2-3 slices.
9 Inch pies serve 8 full slices. 

Pies are frozen and need to be baked.

Baking Instructions: 
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F. 
2. Place frozen pie on baking sheet.
3. Bake until golden brown and filling is bubbling slightly through the slits on top. 
4. Let cool slightly before eating.
