Baklava + Greek Yogurt

Creamy, slightly tangy greek yogurt ice cream and crunchy pistachio baklava with a hint of orange blossom water. Might make you feel like taking a trip to the Mediterranean.

Birthday Brat

Made for one of our day one team members, Aliya, our big Birthday Brat, who has been begging for a birthday cake flavour since she started working with us. Vanilla ice cream, confetti cake chunks, golden Oreo. Available for a very limited time. Not available on Uber Eats.

Durian

Rich and creamy Durian ice cream, "the king of fruits". Though known for its strong odour, this fruit is a beloved delicacy in Singapore and South East Asia. Don't worry you can eat our Durian on the train IYKYK.

Estudio Niksen's Sweets No.Uno | Passion Fruit + Condensed Milk

If you walk into Ruru Baked there's a chance at least one person is wearing something baggy from one of our favourite clothing brands, Estudio Niksen. It only made sense that we'd want to make a special ice cream for them. Based out of Montreal, but with roots in South America, Estudio Niksen's Sweets No.Uno ice cream takes its inspiration from the refreshing "Raspado" shaved ice treat. A swirl of passion fruit and creamy condensed milk ice creams. Available for a limited time only, while supplies last.

Fizzy Blaster (Bellwoods Brewery) (discontinued)

Introducing Fizzy Blaster ice cream, a special collaboration with Bellwoods Brewery! Treat your taste buds to the fruity combination of guava-y goodness mixed with a sweet and slightly tart pomegranate ice ripple, just like the Bellwoods Brewery Sour IPA it's inspired by! 

Prefer the beer instead? Bellwoods Brewery now has a Guava Pomegranate Fizzy Blaster IPA created in collaboration with Ruru Baked! We worked together to select a flavour combo we loved and knew would shine in both ice cream and beer alike. Get it at their stores while supplies last.

Funderland (discontinued)

Created by the youth from our first ever Ice Cream School, Funderland is their idea of a perfect summer day spent at Wonderland eating funnel cake. Vanilla bean ice cream with sprinkles, funnel cake bits, and frozen strawberries.

Proceeds from each pint will go to Patchwork Collective and The Kickback. Not available on UberEats.

Milo Mōkō Mango (discontinued)

Discover Milo Mōkō Mango, an exclusive collaboration between Ruru Baked and one of our fav Canadian Designer’s Spencer Badu. This unique treat combines creamy milo ice cream and a tantalizing spicy mango ice cream to create an experience inspired by Badu's newest collection and Ghanian heritage. A unique indulgence both in flavour and fashion.

Pints and socks available starting September 29, 2023 at the Spencer Badu pop up, and at both Ruru Baked locations, while supplies last.

Monster Mash 2.0 (discontinued)

Mashing together a bunch of your favourite mixins. Cheesecake ice cream, pecan brittle, coconut cookies, sponge toffee, biscoff cookies, chocolate sauce, and strawberry jam.

Available until October 31, 2021.

Monster Mash 3.0 (discontinued)

Perhaps our monsteriest mash to date. Viet coffee ice cream with dark chocolate covered rice krispies, and crushed up Oreos, layered with Banana ice cream with pie crust, mini marshmallows, and milk chocolate crisppearls. Oh and a caramel swirl throughout.

Monster Mash 4.0 (contains gluten) (discontinued)

Monster Mash 4.0 is a combination of some customer favourites from this past year’s new flavours. Biscoff Cheesecake ice cream is home to chunks of fudgy brownie, candied cornflakes, and a swirl of coffee caramel. As far as Monster Mash goes this is probably the most chill we’ve ever made it, but it’s packed full of good stuff.

Monster Mash 5.0

Our annual Halloween special Monster Mash 5.0 is here and it's packed with this year's finest mixins. This flavour features brown sugar ice cream paired with sticky toffee cake, skyflakes toffee crunch, gianduja (a hazelnut chocolate ribbon), and oreo crumbs. It's a hauntingly good blend of flavours that will leave you craving more! Contains gluten and nuts.

Mystery Pint

Sometimes we have a bit of ice cream that we can't fit into a pint. Instead of wasting this perfectly delicious portion, we combine it with other perfectly delicious but small portions of ice cream to make a Mystery Pint. It's a fun way to try flavours you've never tried before. Or a fun way to have multiple flavours you love in one pint. It's also fun to try and guess what flavour each layer is. Really it's just fun no matter how you look at it. 

2-3 flavours in each pint.

Parkdale Rocky Roadrunners

Introducing Parkdale Rocky Roadrunners – the Parkdale Roadrunners crew has been expanding and we've joined them with a twist on a classic flavour! Our delicious dark chocolate ice cream is dotted with mini marshmallows and Chinese almond cookies (made from scratch). Join the crew and grab a pint, it's a great post run reward.

A portion of proceeds from every pint will be donated to Parkdale Community Food Bank.

Peach Green Tea Sorbet

Delicate jasmine tea notes are perfectly balanced with the sweetness of white peach for a light refreshing sorbet.

Peach Mango Pie

A blend of smooth vanilla ice cream, a mango peach jam with a hint of cinnamon, and buttery, flaky pie crust. Created with inspiration from the famous Jollibee Peach Mango Pie.

Pineapple Tart

Our special Lunar New Year flavour! Pineapple Tarts are a popular dessert in Southeast Asia during the Lunar New Year. Flaky melt in your mouth shortdough is topped (or filled) with sticky spiced pineapple jam. Our version is a sweet cream ice cream, with swirls of house made pineapple jam spiced with clove and cinnamon, and pieces of delicate pineapple tart crust.

Pistachio

We use pure Sicilian pistachio paste for a rich, decadent, natural pistachio ice cream. We have to price this one higher than our other flavours due to it's premium ingredients but we promise its worth it.

Rum + Egg Nog

Rich and boozy eggnog ice cream with a splash of rum and a hint of nutmeg to warm you up this holiday season. Creamy, nostalgic, and only here for a limited time (we’re only making it once so get it while it’s available). 

Ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, egg yolks, rum, skim milk powder, nutmeg.

Ruru Seichi Sansho + Sour Plum (discontinued)

 A collaboration between Ruru Baked and Oji Seichi. Sansho pepper ice cream gives a citrusy and slightly tingly mouth feel kind of like Szechuan but without the heat. A sour plum swirl throughout to contrast.

Smooth Chai (contains gluten)

We're bringing back a collab fav, Smooth Chai with Spice Girl Eats.  We’ve steeped their propriety blend of chai spices with orange pekoe tea for a spicy chai ice cream, then we mix in crushed up Parle G biscuits. If you like the spice of their Chai Concentrate then you'll be sure to love this flavour!

Super Baked

A limited edition ice cream originally made with Superette! We've been bringing this one back to you for 4/20 each year. Your new favourite munchie, a mix n’ mash of flavours; pandan ice cream mixed with oreo crumbs, skor sea salt cookies, brownie chunks, and coconut caramel. Happy 4/20.

Surprise!!! A special flavour we create each month by mixing up two of our rotating flavours. If you see a "SURPRISE PARTY!" sticker on your pint that means it's limited edition and we'll only have it for that month, so get it while you can. Available in pints and in store only.

TSO Be Major (discontinued)

A pistachio, blood orange and orange blossom ice cream, specially crafted to celebrate 100 years of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO). A century into its life as Toronto’s Orchestra, the TSO plans to celebrate the artistry that exists in every corner of the city it calls home.

Be Major is more than just a new way to enjoy the TSO. It’s a recommitment to curiosity and collaboration, and just one of many ways the TSO plans to celebrate its centennial. TSO Music Director and conductor Gustavo Gimeno captured the celebratory nature of this Toronto-born collaboration with the observation that, “there are bridges between arts, sports, food—organic, non-forced connections,” and that, “the universality of craftsmanship and the interconnectedness of it is an exciting space to play and certainly a fun way to introduce the Symphony to new audiences.”

Infused with activated charcoal, aesthetically replicating Vitaly's iconic stainless steel jewelry, although detoxifying ice cream may not be a thing it's a delicious way to indulge your taste buds.
