Estudio Niksen's Sweets No.Uno | Passion Fruit + Condensed Milk

If you walk into Ruru Baked there's a chance at least one person is wearing something baggy from one of our favourite clothing brands, Estudio Niksen. It only made sense that we'd want to make a special ice cream for them. Based out of Montreal, but with roots in South America, Estudio Niksen's Sweets No.Uno ice cream takes its inspiration from the refreshing "Raspado" shaved ice treat. A swirl of passion fruit and creamy condensed milk ice creams. Available for a limited time only, while supplies last.

Everything Bagel

A nod to the movie Everything Everywhere All At Once. While the Everything Bagel in the movie represents Joy's feelings of nothingness and lack of connection, our Everything Bagel is a fun take on how weird unexpected things can sometimes be amazing. It probably won't fill any voids in your life but maybe it can plug some holes. 

This flavour profile is for sweet + savoury combo fans. For those that like breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast. Subtle cream cheese ice cream with chunks of oniony garlicky sweet seedy crumble. It's kind of weird but in the best way and you probably didn't know you wanted this as an ice cream flavour until you've tried it.

Fizzy Blaster (Bellwoods Brewery) (discontinued)

Introducing Fizzy Blaster ice cream, a special collaboration with Bellwoods Brewery! Treat your taste buds to the fruity combination of guava-y goodness mixed with a sweet and slightly tart pomegranate ice ripple, just like the Bellwoods Brewery Sour IPA it's inspired by! 

Prefer the beer instead? Bellwoods Brewery now has a Guava Pomegranate Fizzy Blaster IPA created in collaboration with Ruru Baked! We worked together to select a flavour combo we loved and knew would shine in both ice cream and beer alike. Get it at their stores while supplies last.

Created by the youth from our first ever Ice Cream School, Funderland is their idea of a perfect summer day spent at Wonderland eating funnel cake. Vanilla bean ice cream with sprinkles, funnel cake bits, and frozen strawberries.

Crafted from high temperature roasted green tea, Hojicha Powder showcases a unique smoky flavour with subtle notes of cocoa and a naturally sweet taste. Complex yet delicate, this exquisite tea variety is free of the bitterness often found in traditional green tea blends and with only half the caffeine of Matcha.

Honeycomb Cereal Milk

Bottom of the bowl Honeycomb Cereal milk is the base of this creamy ice cream. Handmade sponge toffee is sprinkled throughout giving the ice cream hints of deep caramel flavor and the occasional crunch.

This unique treat combines creamy milo ice cream and a tantalizing spicy mango ice cream to create an experience inspired by Badu's newest collection and Ghanian heritage.
